How long does shipping take?
Our current average fulfillment time is 10-20 business days.
Please allow about 3-4 weeks to receive your item. With delays, please give our shipping carrier an extra week or two at most.
How fast do you ship orders out?
Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours, and your order is processed within 2-3 days. Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charges.
Will I get updates after my purchase?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you when placing, and a further email will be provided when your order has been dispatched.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. (Check Your Spam Box if you do not see the email).
Need to CANCEL your order?
Cancellation of your order or any changes in your order is only allowed up to 24 HOURS from your order time. If it exceeds 24 hours, typically, we cannot cancel or change the order.
What if I never receive my package?
Unfortunately, from time to time, shipping carriers may lose a package; it is just the nature of shipping products. If the shipping carrier loses a shipment, we will remake and reship a replacement order at our cost. However, please note the following important exceptions;
It's up to us to determine if a package is lost or delayed. If the package is delayed, we may ask you to continue to wait for the shipment.
If the tracking is marked as delivered or attempted delivery, we consider the package to be delivered. This is not a lost package. In most cases, a neighbor received the shipment, and you can ask your neighbor if they received the package. With a little bit of effort, these packages are typically located.
For international orders, it's expected that the package will held by customs, which can delay the shipping time. This is entirely out of our hands. Some countries are slower than others. Please be patient.
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS), in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.
ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered the correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders. Be sure that you are 110% sure about purchasing the product before proceeding to checkout. If you need to make a change in sizing to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you!
